IN10T Reaches a Milestone

When you start a new company there are a lot of jobs to do, and not a lot of team members to do them. It’s an all-hands-on-deck atmosphere, with no egos and no job descriptions. I remember the days when Kevin Heikes and I were driving around visiting farmers, meeting with clients, answering the phone, and setting the vision all at once! The company has grown so much since those early days, and I’m really proud to announce that INTENT has reached a significant milestone. Our team at IN10T has grown to over 40 in 2022.

We would not have made it to this place without the significant contributions of each individual on our team. The culture of ‘teaming’ and being INTENTional with our work was established in the early days of IN10T and remains today — we go above and beyond for our clients and jump in whenever someone on our team needs an extra set of hands. A company is nothing except for its people, and I can honestly say this is the best team I’ve ever worked with.

I’d also like to thank those clients and farmers that have been with us on this journey. Some of our key clients have been with us since the beginning, and we value their support beyond measure. Farmers are key partners in our business, enabling us to trial new innovations on a commercial scale and helping our clients accelerate their on-farm adoption. INTENT would not exist without you, and we thank you!

Our business continues to grow, both in size and scope. We are scaling our INvision technology on thousands of locations across the United States, Canada and South America in 2022. Our commitment as a technology-focused company also continues. The recent hires to the team are focused on innovation and technology, as we INTENTionally build best-in-class technology solutions for the agriculture industry.

In the last three months, we’ve added nine new team members and I would like to officially welcome them:
